Everything Camper will ship your order via UPS Home Delivery and guarantees delivery with 100% tracking of your package.

Expected Delivery Time

 

For all wearable non-personalized items, please expect delivery within 7-10 business days.

 

For all items, which need customization, labeling, or non-wearable items, please expect delivery within 14-21 business days.

 

Split Delivery

 

Please be aware to expedite delivery times to our customers, orders containing non-wearable items or personalized jerseys may be shipped in two separate packages (for no extra charge).

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Everything Camper accepts exchanges up to 7 days after your receipt of goods. All items which are customized (i.e. Jerseys with your name and number on the back) or items which have sew-in labels are not eligible for exchange.

Before you package your merchandise for exchange, you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and an Exchange Packing Slip. You can do so by calling Everything Camper customer service at (516) 450-5288 between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm Mon - Fri.

Our Exchange Packing Slip will include; (i) your RA#, (ii) product codes you want to exchange, (iii) new product codes you want to receive, and (iv) a pre-paid UPS shipping label (the cost of which Everything Camper will incur).  You will need to place this Exchange Packing Slip in your Exchange Package.

Once we receive the Exchanged Items, we will ship your new items to you within 3-5 business days (depending on demand) and charge your credit card a shipping and handling fee based on the Shipping and Handling Rates above.  In addition, you will receive via email a new tracking number. 

When you receive your new goods, these items are not eligible for exchange.

Everything Camper does not accept returns on any products.
